1. FINANCE and ACCOUNTING SENIOR MANAGER
Responsibilities:
·         Design & Implement Finance Accounting system & procedure
·         Propose company wide budget & control the budget usage of each Department
·         Oversee the preparation of financial report, and handle tax related matter of the Company
·         Provide strategic recommendation to the management based on financial analysis and projection
·         Manage cash flow and provide financial forecast for the management
 
Requirements:
·         Graduated from reputable University in Accounting Major
·         Minimum 5 years of working experience, with 2 years in the similar position
·         Excellent English language skill (Japanese language skill will be an advantage)
·         Self driven, innovative and accurate personality
·         Familiarity with retail industry will be an advantage

2. HR COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT ASSISTANT MANAGER

Responsibilities:
v  Manage the design and Develop of tools to assist manager employee compensation benefit program.
v  Guide Manager  though compensation decisions.
v  Implement reward system
v  Prepare budget for HR.
v  Ensure competitive compensation and benefit with market.
v  Conduct regular compensation and benefit review.
v  Conduct regular job evaluation
v  Identify and determine the causes of C&B problem and develop recomendation
v  Review and prepare the annual operation plan and HR budget based on existing compensation and benefit packages.
 
Requirement:
v  Male max 35 years old
v  Bachelor degree from reputable University majoring in Human Resource Management / Law / other HR related major.
v  Experience in making salary structure analysis and job evaluation
v  Minimum 5 years of experience, 2 years of which was in similar position.
v  Excellent English communication skill
v  Passionate, self driven, innovative, and can work under pressureHard
