Currently our company is looking for Finance Assistant with below details :
Position : Finance Assistant
The Finance Assistant will work and support the Finance Manager by providing administration and financial support to enable financial planning, reporting and monitoring for Jakarta Office
Responsibilities/Objectives
Under the direction of Finance Manager, the Finance Assistant will undertake the following tasks:
- Assist in the day-to-day financial process for Jakarta office , applying consistency in accounting practices and procedures in accordance with GAAP
- Ensure that proper administration and finance records are kept and that professional and ethical standards are applied in all aspects of administration
- Assist the Finance Manager in daily finance operations ( AP,AR,Tax etc)
- Assist the Finance Manager in data entry of financial transaction
- Maintain Petty Cash and use it to procure approved goods and office supplies
- Undertake additional duties as may be reasonably required by the Finance Manager
Reporting relationships
The Finance Assistant will report to the Finance Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Fresh Graduate or maximum 2 years working experience
Skills
-Sound communication and interpersonal skills
-Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to details and to communicate with senior staff in organisations
-Self-motivated
-Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Power Point, Excel, Microsoft Word, accounting software
-Excellent English proficiency in both written and spoken English
Personal Attributes
-Demonstrated ability to work as part of the a team
-Initiative and driven – self-starter
-Ability to work under pressure to tight time frames
-Ability to allocate and review priorities
-Personal commitment, efficiency, flexibility and drive for result
