Now, we are hiring a Senior Investor Relations Manager, with the following tasks:
1. Liaise and maintain relationship with security houses, analyst and shareholders
2. Collect relevant information and organize presentation to internal management and external parties on issues related to Investor Relations.
3. Responsible for company annual report (content & design), company calendar, diary and souvenir.
4. Responsible for the presentation of company profile in website and in video recordings.
5. Assist management in the design and implementation of Good Corporate Governance program.
Requirements:
1. Posses Financial Analysis Skills, presentation skills, computer literacy and English.
2. 10years experience as Investor Relations Manager, preferably from Corporate Finance/Investment/Banking background
