RETAIL SALES EXECUTIVE (INDONESIA

JOB OBJECTIVE
Report to Regional Sales Manager in ensuring stores within the country operate efficiently.
Both Regional Sales Manager and Retail Sales Executive work closely with the Brand Manager to identify opportunities and create action plans to increase sales and promote growth.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
· Motivate store managers and team to fulfill sales expectations and store growth
· Sales recovery
· Customer service recovery
· Managing stock levels , controlling pilferage and damage with store managers by working closely with inventory controller, warehouse team and merchandisers within the district
· Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximise profits
· Dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organising training and development
· Using IT system to generate various sales and ops reports for performance and sales tracking purposes
· Making sure all the stores within the districts meet the visual standards of the Principal by working closely with store managers, merchandisers and Visual Presentation Specialist
· Ensuring standards of health and safety are met in workplace
· Organize special promotions, displays and events
· Handling urgent operational issues by closely working with relevant departments
· Initiate changes to improve business to compete more effectively in the local market.
· Providing merchandise feedback to Brand Manager and merchandisers
· Dealing with sales, as and when required
· Coordinate renovation works by working closely with the Project Coordinator
· In charge of store opening projects in terms of set up, manpower planning and coordination with backend support teams
· Recruiting, training and overall development of staff to prepare for future growth opportunities
· Making sure that ALDO's training programs are consistently and effectively executed and compliance to Principal's standard
· Conduct sales meetings and training programs
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum qualifications required:
o Senior Store Manager for two years with another fashion retail company
o Bachelor Degree graduate in Business or relevant courses
o Strong leadership abilities
o Excellent communication skills
o Strategic problem solver
o Able to gain the respect of peers in order to efficiently execute his roles
o Solid recruiting and training skills
o Own personal vehicle (motorbike/car)
