A Security Services office, located at Tanah Kusir, Bintaro looking for:

F&A Manager
  • Responsible for the management of all aspects of the accounting and financial functions including timely
  • Accurate reporting of monthly financial results, budgeting,
  • Cash flow planning and management, taxation.
  • Maximum 42 years old
  • Bachelor Degree/Master Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the related fields is required for this position
  • Have strong knowledge of taxation, principles and practices budgeting, accounting, and auditing.
  • Having experience of: ・ AR/AP・ Cost Management・ Monthly Closing/Annual Closing
  • Must be computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft, accounting system
  • Good organizational skill & time management
  • Detail, work-oriented, good analytic skill & communication skill.
  • Fluent in oral and written English

F&A Staff
  • Able to handle financial task including Account Payable & Account Receivable
  • Capable use accounting software is a must (customize)
  • Capable to make a Financial Reporting (Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Profit Loss Report)
  • Having good knowledge in Accounting & Taxation
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Majoring in Accounting or Economy
  • Having at least 2 year(s) working experience in the related field will be preferable
  • Fluent English in oral and written
  • Able to work under pressure.

Secretary to Director
  • Manage schedules, appointments, financial arrangement, preparation for meeting and arrange schedule.
  • Managing routine - daily jobs such as typing, making call, guests, filing, and correspondent
  • Organize and prepare all of the administration task needed by the Director
  • Arrange business trip for Director
  • Prepare meeting, speech, and presentation
  • Coordinating with other departments (external or internal)
  • Provide personal administrative support to Director through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information
  • Female
  • Age between 30-40 years old
  • Active English oral & writing
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the same field
  • Ready to work immediately
  • Minimum education D3-Secretary
