Job Description :
1.     Prepare SSP Art. 21.
2.     Prepare salary slip for consultants timely and distribute through email.
3.     Prepare written cheques for RFP transaction (payment to vendor, salary payment, and payment of tax and jamsostek) after being approved by finance controller.
4.     Prepare payment voucher for AP (vendor payment and other expenses)
5.     Keep record of cheques number and send to Person in Charge regularly for payment execution. Include recording of transmittal date and filling of transmittal paper
6.     Receiving invoice and check documents completeness and record it in the logbook. Do follow up if necessary.
7.     Do filling of RFP (running number) and send original documents (Point no.3 => invoice, etc) to Person in Charge on time. Include recording of transmittal date and filling of transmittal paper
8.     Collect timesheets and ensure all original all complete. Do record all incoming timesheet to timesheet tracker
9.     Collect consultants' expense claim and ensure all receipts are complete, invitation letter are attached and expense claim form is filled correctly.
10.  Ensure proforma invoice that been prepared send to Clients on time. Include recording of transmittal date and filling of transmittal paper.
11.  Prepare bank book. Update bank statement regularly and prepare fund request as per needed.
12.  Identified transaction in bank statement and reconcile with payment (RFP) and receipts (Invoices). Do follow up if there is AR outstanding >30 days and non-execution payment after approval.
13.  Maintain petty cash given. Record and claim as per needed. Ensure receipts are complete.
14.  Distribute Bukti Potong of Art. 23/26 to vendors.
15.  Maintain Tax Filling (Art. 4(2), 21, 23/26, 25, VAT
16.  Update bank statement on daily basis.
Qualification :
 > 1-2 years experience (Fresh Graduate will be consider)
 > Good Communication in English (User will be Expat)
