CORPORATE SECRETARY
RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Maintain the organization's official and legal documents and records according to the principles of good governance and to comply with relevant laws and regulators.
b) As secretary to the board of Directors, prepare Board meeting agendas, compile information packages for Board members, and prepare the official minutes of Board and Committee meetings.
c) Contribute to a positive relationship between the organizations and its shareholders by organizing and preparing documentations for shareholder meetings and responding to shareholder request for information.
d) Maintain accurate and up-to-date shareholder lists and registrations and advise officers of significant changes or developments in share/stock ownership and control.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Maximum ages 40 years old
- Have an experience minimum 2 years in the same positions
- Minimum Diploma (D-3) or Bachelor Degree (S-1) from reputable university
- Preferably from Law, Economic, Management or Secretary
- Good Manner, hard worker, ambitious and creative
- Willing to join as soon as possible
