1. PROCUREMENT SUPERVISOR
Requirements & Responsibilities:
• Good negotiation, Good strong leadership
• Responsible for strategic and advanced procurement activities
• Lead general Supplier affairs, e.g. Claim Management, Analysis of potential Suppliers and Resourcing, Financial Improvement Processes etc.
• Delivering budget control / management of annual cost reduction targets
• Able to speak English
• Willing to work in a constantly evolving / growing environment and relish a challenge
Condition:
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Economic / Engineering or relevant qualification
• Min. 4 years experience as procurement
• Experience with material WTP & WWTP purchasing is advantage
• Knowledge with Cost Analysis, Financial Management / budget management
• Strong Responsibility / Honestly| 2. Engineering Staff (Code: ES) Requirements & Responsibilities: · Female. |

Degree in Civil Engineering.
| · Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in engineering design/process/costing for WTP/WWTP. · Preparation of tender activities, project costing and proposal. · Detail Engineering Design, Assembly Drawing and BOM etc. · Committed to quality, schedule, cost control and customer satisfaction. · Able to communicate effectively & negotiate with consultants, clients on engineering & contractual matters. · Good customer relationship management. · Possess good communication and interpersonal skill. · Strong technical knowledge, good management system and team work. · Able to speak English.
