Position: Trainee Occupational Health Nurse <x{(}>(VC3147) Responsibilities: - General understanding of Health and Medical principles, services and processes.
- Understands tools and principles related to particular discipline.
- Learning to understand the concepts, principles and process of Health Management System.
- Works reviewed in progress; functional help as required.
- Interaction within work unit and/or an immediate, single customer group.
- Works goals and process set by lead or supervisor and falls within established procedures.
- Receives regular guidance and review of work.
- Gathers data/information and performs basic analysis. Analytical work under direction of others.
- Applies standard policies, practices, and procedures in developing solutions.
- Situation/problems are of basic to moderate complexity within discipline; involves multiple variables, rarely opens to alternative solutions. Expert resources and help are readily available.
- Understands the nature of the client's business, employee population and organizational culture.
- Understands the nature of the local social and business environment.
- Reacts to issues/ needs of customers.
- Anticipates issues; recommends solutions and approaches within limited areas of experience and customer base.

Typical Assignments: - Provide the following medical care at the facility assigned as followed:
- Handle injuries and illnesses under client standard medical protocol as well as case management procedure.
- Follows clinic practice guideline to include ensuring the sufficient drug/medical supply, documentation, data privacy and reports based on Health management system
- Provide emergency health management in accordance with the protocol requirement to include customizing the response plan, providing the training, ensuring the emergency team competency, maintaining proper equipment.
- Conduct the relevant procedures of Fitness for duty program including drug and alcohol testing.
- Administer wide range of occupational health program to include industrial hygiene monitoring <x{(}>(if applicable), medical surveillance, food hygiene, sanitary inspection, occupational health test.
- Run the facility specific Wellness program to be in line with department directives.
- Provide information, education, advice on health related issues.
- Assume replacement duty for onshore and offshore if needed
- Conduct special assignment upon requested.
