The role
· Conducting the assessment center and make the
recommendation for clients.
· Conducting occupational feedback if necessaries.
· Ensure the report submitted in timely matter and met
the standard.
Requirements:
· Preferable
has a Bachelor Degree in Psychology (GPA min. 3.00 from scale 4.00)
· Having at
least 2-3 years experience as assessor associate or talent management
background.
· Having good
English verbal communication and business writing skills
· Preferably has certified in Behavior Event Interview
(BEI) and assessor's training
· High
endurance, confidence and a good team player
· Willing to
work exclusively for SHL
