Our client is one of industry leading Inspection, Verification, Testing and Certification Company – anywhere in the world is looking candidate to fill below position :

 

 

MARKETING MANAGER

 

Responsibilities:

     Contribute to the growth of Company business and to achieve the pre-set targets through robust marketing and communications strategy, plans and campaign in place.

     Lead the implementation of marketing and communication, initiatives and best practices

     Set marketing KPI and monitor the results

    Marketing and Communications Strategy / Plan

    Overall marketing and communications strategy and execution plan of existing business;

    Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and plans for new service and product initiatives.

    Ensure all planned marketing and communications campaigns and activities are executed within time-frame and budget.

    Ensure local marketing plan aligns with regional strategy, as well as the global initiatives.

    Identify, monitor and evaluate marketing KPI, and ROI for continually improvement.

    Conduct market research to identifying potential new business portfolio from prospect customers.

    Gather market intelligence and competitive analysis.

    Develop and execute marketing campaigns for existing and new services launches; with appropriate communication tools i.e. regular client webinars, white paper initiatives, website, email, etc.

    Conceptualise, develop and manage marketing communications materials to drive lead generation include website, newsletter, marketing assets

    Drive "through-partner marketing" campaign with identified influencer channels include associations, business partners, government bodies for demand and lead generation.

    Manage and execute all internal and external for local public relations and communications to bridge internal communication gaps and improve welfare, increase local market presence and positioning.

    KPIs for lead generation: number of leads, proposal/lead ratio (%), value of proposals, conversion rate from proposals to contracts (%), value of contracts, LC vs. campaign cost.

    KPIs for awareness and lead nurturing: open rate, bounce rate, # of impressions, click through rate, etc.

    Drive lead management policies and best practices, including the proper use of Cert Net and the monitoring of the local campaigns;

    KPIs: % of open actions in Cert Net (sales management platform), CRM sales pipeline, etc.

    Identify and execute events include trade fairs, seminars, user group, etc. to create brand awareness and drive sales pipelines.

    Execution of SGS Annual Quality Network Conference

    Develop and maintain a credible and effective marketing database for lead nurturing and lead generation activities.

    Develop and implement telemarketing frameworks and guidelines, including policy and procedure, workflow, documentation etc.

    Lead, manage, train, supervise and motivate a pool of telemarketing team.

    Understand the Voice-of-Customer

    Understand the needs / feedback from present and potential clients, like

    Analyze the results of the regular customer satisfaction survey;

    Lost Client Analysis (i.e. understand why customers left SGS) and and win-back strategy;

    Create cross sell and up sell opportunity for existing and new products and services;

    At all times, adopt a safe behaviour by exercising due regard for the health and safety of SGS employees in line with SGS policies and procedures

    At all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct

    Effective coordination and strong collaboration with the local sales team and product managers  regional and global marketing team

    To support regional/global marketing and other assignments, as and when it is needed.

 

Requirements:

     Bachelor degree in any discipline

     Have no less than 5 years of marketing domain experience, preferably in industrial inspection, verification, testing and certification services

     Knowledge of industry leading inspection, verification, testing and certification services

     Good Leadership, teamwork, analytical thinking and problem solving, planning, controlling and coordinating influencing skills

     Good written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skill

     Strong business sense and entrepreneur

     Able to lead and motivate the local marketing/telemarketing team

     Strong interpersonal skills

     Must be able to work independently without minimal supervision

     A self starter and fast learner that is quick to adapt to changes.

     Able to handle highly data and information confidentiality.

     Mature, responsible and open minded personality.

     Resourceful, enthusiastic, result driven, patience with problem-solving capability.

     Organise, meticulous and able to multi-task.

     Willing to contribute with ideas and recommendations.

 

 

SALES MANAGER - TRAINING SERVICES

 

Requirements:

     Bachelor degree in any discipline

     Minimum 10 years experience out of which at least 5 years should be in sales management, preferably in industrial inspection, verification, testing and certification services

    Successful track record in managing a sales force, preferably in the relevant field

    Sales, marketing, business development experience in training business

    Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, high level of written and verbal English

    Ability to lead and motivate a sales team towards shared objectives

    Manage team performance

    Able to plan, organize and implement a range of sales promotion programs and events

    Ability to coach team members on effective selling techniques

    Ability to encourage service oriented mindset

    Foster enthusiasm and perseverance

    Ability to interact with all levels of management, consultants and clients

    Extensive knowledge of the related industry (main actors, trends/shifts, competitors, processes, regulatory frameworks)

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    Negotiation and persuasion skills

    Change Management skills

    Conflict Managements skills

    Strong organizational skills and flexibility

    Results driven

 

Responsibilities:

     In conjunction with the business strategy, develop, communicate and translate sales business strategy into pragmatic action plans, execute and monitor to maximize profit

     Organize, motivate and lead sales teams and ensure the team reaches sales targets Manage and coordinate sales activities including supervision of contracts, direct sales, customer relations and related financial performance

     Based on global strategy, be responsible for the development and execution of local sales strategy

     Manage the team's sales activities, including sales planning, visits, reports and results

     Allocate areas of responsibility (e.g. designate account) to Sales Executives and ensure the team achieves sales objectives

     Coach sales staff, conduct performance assessment and objectives setting for sales personnel

     Support team members for negotiations with key prospects/accounts

     Monitor individual sales plans

     Keep abreast of new trends and consolidate market intelligence to adjust strategy

     Participate in sales forecasts and feasibility planning studies for new products and services

     Conduct market research activities and identify opportunities

     Conduct competition analysis and propose plans / activities to position SGS in the competitive market

     Participate in the annual budget planning process and regularly monitor sales expenditures

     Ensure communication and coordination with other teams to facilitate the successful handover and execution of the new and current business

     Cooperate with other managers to maximize sales efforts

     React upon business opportunities forwarded by Operations and inform them on progress

     Forward potential opportunities to other Business Lines as appropriate
