Due to rapid business expansion, currently we are seeking for the highly motivated professionals to strengthen our team in the following position and requirements:
PAYROLL OFFICER (PO)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Payroll System such us input time attendant, overtime calculation, PPh21, annual leave, day off, agreement letter and termination letter with strong computer and understand of Human Resources Function.
Requirements:
• Age max. 35 years old.
• Graduated D III degree Majoring Accounting/Psychology/Management from reputable University, GPA Min. 3,0.
• Minimum 3 years experience as Payroll Officer, Multinational Company in Manufacturing & Forestry.
• Understand in Indonesia Man Power Regulation.
• Good communication & relationship.
• English and computer literacy are a must.
• High motivation, discipline, team work, dynamic with good personality
• Mandarin skill is preferred.
• Work location in Balikpapan.

SENIOR RECRUITER (SR)
The ideal candidate will be assist the Senior Recruiter & Manager in developing job descriptions, update organization structure as and when required,
develop testing tools for recruitment. Control, maintains and updates manpower plan and prepares related yearly, monthly and weekly reports. Search workforce market, identify suitable recruitment channel/net working for company. Designs recruitment advertisements, screens applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications, and summarizes CVs for easier evaluation by the departmental heads. Meets walk-in applicants, collects and assesses CVs, Obtains and assess all certificates and testimonials of the candidates.
Types employment contracts, and issues engagement advice, up date to SAP system, prepare new employee orientation and apprises employee of benefit options, and understand of Human Resources Function.
Requirements:
• Age max. 35 years old.
• Graduated Min. S1 Physiology from reputable University
• Minimum two years experience as Sr. Recruiter, Multinational Company in Manufacturing & Forestry.
• Understand in Indonesia Man Power Regulation.
• Good communication & relation shift.
• English and computer literacy are a must.
• High motivation, discipline, team work, dynamic with good personality
• Mandarin skill is preferred.
• Work location in Balikpapan.

• Bachelor Degree in Forestry/Agriculture/Engineering/Management/Accounting Etc, Min. GPA 2,75.
• Will be required to sign a bond with the company for 2 (two) years.
• High motivation, discipline, teamwork, dynamic with good personality.
• Willing to work at Site Forestry, East Kalimantan.
