JOB BACKGROUND
You will have to manage and co-ordinate all Fabrication Services / Workshop activities necessary to achieve the program dates, within the set budget, and to the specified quality standards. Ensure profitable and productive utilization of all Departmental resources, and that all Workshop activities are carried out in accordance with the company's quality standards, regulations and systems. Manage the co-ordination of work between the various fabrication services sub-contractors so that there is a minimum of conflict between the objectives and priorities of each.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possess at least a Cert. / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering.
At least 3 years of working experience in production operations for structural steel fabrication works.
Familiar with welding processes and handling CNC machines
Committed and able to plan and execute the works under tight schedules.
Able to work with minimum supervision and motivate others under them.
Applicants must be computer literate.
