We are currently looking for:
HR ADMIN ASSISTANT
Job Specification :
• Administer HR-related documentation for General
Managers, Executive Assistant
Managers and Expatriates.
• Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date,
accurate and complies with law and legislations.
• Maintain
and update HR Information System with any employment changes.
• Build communication with hotels and all parties
related to have all the supporting document.
• Provide administrative support for Management
team.
General Requirements:
1. 2 years of related experiences
2. Bachelor degree preferred, diploma or equivalent required
3. Strong administration skills
4. Familiar with business software such as Ms. Office and especially Excel
5. Demostrated profiency in handling matters with highly confidential nature
6. The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
8. Team player with ability to work with various stakeholders & levels of employees / executives
9. Ability to work indenpendently and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
