secretary to assist Partner.
Applicants must:
· Minimum of 1-2 years working experience in a similar position;
· Fluent in verbal and
written English;
· Possess a Diploma
Degree(D3)
from a reputable Secretarial/Public Relations/Communication
college or university;
· Excellent competency
in handling general secretarial duties;
· Proficient
in all Microsoft Office applications;
· Proficient
in Word Processing (i.e. Proofing and Formatting);
· Having
excellence phone courtesy;
· Female
in good appearance;
· Maximum
25 years of age; and
· Willing to work under pressure.
