As per discussion, I would like to elaborate the positions available at
Home Credit Indonesia.
IT Help Desk (POS Support) :
Main requirement = Knowledge and capable of handling Ubuntu Linux. Not just
installation.
Diploma degree or comparable level of education (IT or related
discipline)
Fresh graduate are welcome
General overview in Information Technology and Information
security
Experience with OS Windows
Networks (LAN, WAN, Internet)
English in communication level (writing and speaking)
User knowledge of MS Office or Openoffice
Customer Service orientation is a MUST
Ability to work in teams, backing-up each other
Willing to travel through Point Of Sales
Willing to work in shift schedule.
Job Desk = Actively monitors infrastructure and supporting and office
applications, reacts on warnings and alerts
Troubleshoots malfunctions and corrects them as directed by
computer operation manuals, or supervisor
Registers operational and security incident of application or
infrastructure to the internal ticketing system and/or HCI
Service desk
Addresses tasks assigned via internal ticketing tool to proper
resolvers, if necessary, involves support from external
suppliers
Keeps overview of actually open issues (incidents), regularly
reminds resolvers of long time open issues to provide updates
Avoid the situations with a negative impact on availability or
quality of operated services
Performs routine activities (initiates data transfers, backups)
Respects design patterns and safety standards
Maintains and improves internal team documentation
Risk Analyst :
Main requirement = Have in depth knowledge and experience with SQL.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is
required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance -
Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Job Desk = To analyze underwriting and collection processes.
Cooperation in fraud monitoring and investigation.
Predictive models development, SQL data mining, ad-hoc analyses
performance.
To support implementation of monitoring and reporting of
verification, fraud detection, operations and collection processes.
