SENIOR ASSESSOR ASSOCIATE (PART TIMER)

The role

      ·         Conducting the assessment center and make the recommendation for clients.

      ·      Conducting the occupational feedback if necessary.

      ·         Ensure the report submitted in timely matter and met the quality standard.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Psychology (GPA min. 3.00 from scale 4.00) or above
• Having at least 2-3 years experience as assessor associate or talent management background.
• Having good English verbal communication and business writing skills,
• Preferably has certified in Behavior Event Interview (BEI) and assessor's training
• High endurance, confidence and a good team player
