Indonesian nationality)Tasks of the office manager:
1. Establishing & management of the project's support office
2. Daily office management and administration, including financial
administration
3. Planning and organisation of meetings, including minutes taking and
follow up agendas
4. Liaisons with and supporting of national and international project's
staff including travel arrangements
5. Management of project's website and databases
6. Supporting project manager with communication and promotional
activities
7. Organisation of training/coaching/demonstration activities of the
project in collaboration with national and international experts
8. Translation of documents Indonesian to English vice versa
9. Desktop research of markets, products, market partners as well as
trends and developments in the agri sector
10. Organise and conduct surveys and interviews
11. Backstopping and supporting regional supply chain facilitators
12. Monitors leave record of all staff
Requested Expertise (Regional Horticulture supply chain facilitator):
Degree in relevant specialisation and qualification in secretarial, and
business administration is desirable Required Skills (Regional
Horticulture supply chain facilitator):
- Good working knowledge of ITC technologies (related software, phone,
fax, email, the internet) and computer applications (e.g. MS Office)
- Very good communication skills in English and bahasa Indonesia
- Good management and organisational skill
- Broad experience of management and administration

***About Fresh Dynamics Indonesia and the VegIMPACT program*
*The vegIMPACT program* is an initiative of Wageningen University and
Research Centre from the Netherlands, the Royal Dutch Embassy in Jakarta
and Indonesian partners such as Fresh Dynamics Indonesia, the Indonesian
institute for Vegetables Research (Balitsa), and the Directorate General
Horticultural Production.
The objectives of this four year program are:
(1) to improve Vegetable Production and Marketing for small farmers;
(2) to increase the Food Security status and
(3) to promote Private Sector Development in Indonesia.
The vegIMPACT program builds on the results of previous Indonesian-Dutch
horticultural development projects as well as farmers' training. Tangible
results of these projects were: increased profitability of vegetable
production at farmer's level, improved product quality, better food safety
and less emission of agro-chemicals. For this new program extensive
Monitoring & Evaluation activities will be implemented to measure the
results of the program with the different stakeholders (mainly farmers).
