Currently one of our clients, sugar refiner plant looking high qualified candidate with details as below :
Description:
- Male, 35 to 45's y.o
- Handle all HR operational functions: Recruitment, Training, C&B, IR
- Handle GA function: take care all licenses (with governments), waste management license, power plant license, etc., and other GA responsibilities
- Will set up his own team (up to present, HR functions still handled by corporate), so this person should be experienced in build the team.
- Manage 400's employees (300's permanent and 100's outsource employees)
- Report to HR Director and GM HR corporate (dotted line)
- Package 20 – 30 mio IDR nett
- Location : Bekasi
