* Must be Creative, Strong in concepts & Able to rationalize ideas
* Competency in Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, Dreamweaver, Flash.
* Familiar with web development languages such as HTML and CSS.
* Knowledge of how Joomla, WordPress, Magento and other CMS work and how to integrate designs with them.
* Good web / Internet knowledge & awareness of Internet trends
* Detailed & Meticulous
* Strong sense of urgency
* Able to multi-task, work under tight schedules & pressure
* Enthusiastic about work & able to work independently
* Self motivated & Cheerful personality
* Knowledge of SEO and familiarity with online and social media marketing is an advantage
* Video editing knowledge or experience with design for mobile devices is an advantage
2.Web Programmer & Development:
* Bachelor Degree from Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant study.
* Proficiency in PHP, and MySQL database is a must
* Proficiency in HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript or jQuery, Ajax is a must
* Knowledge in open source technologies such as WordPress, Joomla, Magento is a must
* Knowledge of PHP framework such as Codelgniter & Cake PHP is an advantage
* Knowledge of ASP and ASP.net is an advantage
* Knowledge of Java/JSP/Servlets and J2EE platform is an advantage
* Knowledge of MS SQL Server, DHTML, Flash ActionScrip
* Knowledge and experience in Linux/Windows server maintenance is an advantage
* Knowledge and experience in SEO and internet marketing is an advantage
* Good knowledge of Domain, Server Hosting & Cpanel.
* Knowledge and experience in Paypal is an advantage
* Knowledge of FTP, SSL is a must
