Role description:
General Administration provides routine support to a department by
filing, typing, data entry, storage and retrieval and other related
tasks.
Responsibilities include:
* Types and miles correspondence for department personnel.
* Handles incoming calls and directs messages to proper
individuals
* Types and send faxes
* Maintains and organizes files
* Coordinate and support the preparation of franchise events
with the team member
Requirements:
* Diploma from Secretarial school
* Fresh graduates are welcome to appy
* Having 'can do' attitude
* Good communication both in English and Bahasa
* Familiar with Microsoft Office
