General Affair / Back Office Manager

Responsibilities
•Sourcing and purchasing item, accessories and service required for supporting office activities.
•Excellent skills dealing with Supplier/Vendor and have good networking.
•Carrying out general office services to support operations.
•Ability to prepare regular reports, gathering, information updates & summarizing data.
•Organize and maintain files & agreements.
•Checking and approving company's daily documentations / letters and sales reimbursements.
•Checking and maintaining company's daily household operation.

Requirements

•Male and Female, 25-37 years old.
•Proactive, hardworking, discipline, result oriented, and honest.
•Customer & service oriented person with passion and desire.
•Good administration skills and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc).
•Reliable and initiative with good planning and self management
•Highly motivated and creative minded with strong drive to succeed is a must
•Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task
•Able to work under pressure, deadlines and over long hours independently with minimum supervision.
