VACANCY Job Title : Finance Accounting Officer Depart. : Finance & Admin Location : Jakarta, INDONESIA Employment : Contract for 2013 and evaluation for Permanent in January 2014 Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. · Handle full set of Account Receivable role include chasing payment from customers, credit control, and issuing reminder letters. · Handle full set of Account Payable role · To handle daily accounting entries, payment, petty cash, banking and documentation. · Maintaining proper filing system · To perform all required data entry functions · To check staff claims and company expenses · To assist in any ad hoc task assigned (such Tax; Logistic; HR; and Office admin). Qualifications · Minimum degree holder in Accounting. · Minimum 2 year experience in Finance & Accounting role. · Ability to communicate in the English language verbally and in writing. · Possess Passport would be an advantage Computer Skills · Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. · Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc. · Deep knowledge in MS Excel with strong planning and analytical skills · Familiar with ACCPAC and/or Dynamics AX Work Requirements · Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize · Strong interpersonal and communication skills · Ability to work independently or with limited guidance · Good team player and hard working with strong multitasking ability Travel Requirements · Some Local & Overseas travelling (if required).
