Manager of Sales Marketing (Jakarta Sales Office)
Requirements:
* Male/Female Max 40 Years of age, good appearance, good leadership skill and communicative.
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
* Understanding of global market for business hotel
* Full knowledge of market segment (Walk In, Website, OTA, Corporate, Government, Wholesale, Travel Agent) and understand how to make strategy for each segment
* Actively involve in e-commerce
* Mastering in budget and marketing plan
* Understanding of branding strategy to achieve the company mission
* Mastering in Negotiation Skill and Sales Ethic
* Fluent in English both oral and written
* Open minded and initiative for ideas
* Ready to traveling within the region
* Minimum of 5-year experience in hotel Sales & Marketing (managerial level)
