Qualification
1st Preference: Degree/Diploma in refrigeration and air conditioning with min. 4-5 years experience in sales and servicing of Industrial Ref. systems.
2nd preference: Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering with min.6-7 years experience on maintenance/installation and commissioning of industrial refrigeration systems.
Work Profile The successful candidate will be responsible for
vAchieving sales target which will be mutually discussed and decided.
vIncrease the dealer network throughout Indonesia and carry out business promotion activities.
vPrompt response to customers by providing prompt services to their warranty/post warranty complaints.
vHe will be responsible for monitoring and attending commissioning calls with proper planning. Training to customer's technician during/after commissioning.
vHe will support to market development activities such as joint visits with dealer,
Road shows, exhibitions, seminars, enquiries through service etc.
vHe will generate revenue for company through Paid Jobs, Overhauling, Annual Maintenance Contracts etc.
vHe will maintain the documents of
1. Business Forcast
2. Monthly Report as per standard format.
3. Complaints Summery,
4. Spare part inventory for warranty /post warranty jobs,
5. Business generated through service.
6. Various Business Promotion activities carried out.
