Our client, Austin Engineering Indonesia is a global engineering company with its core business in the mining and resources sector. The company has Australian manufacturing facilities in Brisbane, Perth, Mackay and Muswellbrook, overseas in the American state Wyoming through its subsidiary Western Technology Services (Westech) and Austin Ingenieros Chile Ltda located in the northern mining region of Antofagasta. In addition, joint-venture operations in the Middle East and South America also provide Austin Engineering with manufacturing facilities in Oman, Brazil and Batam Island, Indonesia.
We are currently re-enforcing our successful team and inviting highly motivated Indonesian Professionals to join our team;
1. WORKSHOP SUPERINTENDENT
(Batam Island – Indonesia)
Education and Qualifications:
a). Degree in an Engineering / Technical discipline
b). At least 4 years of experience in a plate fabrication, offshore , or 2 years as Workshop Superintendent
c). High regards towards safety, strong in scheduling and planning workshop activities
d). Strong manufacturing background in plate and/or mining equipment manufacturing
e). Has the ability to manage all workshop operations daily activity and large workforce
f). Excellent communication, presentation and report writing skills
g). Proficient communication in English & Bahasa Indonesia fluency in verbal and writing is a mandatory
h). Willing to be permanently relocate to Batam Island- Indonesia and willing to do business travelling
i). Proficient with computer literacy, minimum MS Words, MS Excel and MS Power point, knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.
j). Possess an excellent knowledge of all mechanical and electrical systems, including diagnostic checks, technical inspections and complete workshop repairs on varied heavy and light vehicle fleet vehicles, generators and other mechanical equipment, including Material Handling Equipment.
k). Has the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. You will be able to write routine reports and correspondence and able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
l). A detail oriented person, KPI, process driven and highly organized, possess strong leadership and good communication skill
m). Ability to fit in to an international dynamic and multi-cultural environment.

2. WORKSHOP MANAGER

Education and Qualifications:

3. SENIOR PRODUCTION PLANNER
(Batam Island – Indonesia)
Education and Qualifications:
a). Degree in an Engineering / Technical discipline
b). At least 5-7 years of experience in planning experiences, or the same positions.
c). Experiences with commodities and an understanding of raw material and market cost.
d). High regards towards safety, strong in scheduling and planning workshop activities
e). Strong manufacturing background in plate and/or mining equipment manufacturing, results-oriented, project management skills with demonstrated ability to work with multiple disciplines and lead everyone to a common goal.
f). Excellent communication, presentation and report writing skills
g). Proficient communication in English & Bahasa Indonesia fluency in verbal and writing is a mandatory
h). Willing to be permanently relocate to Batam Island- Indonesia and willing to do business travelling
i). Proficient with computer literacy MS Words, MS Excel MS Power point, knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.
j). Have extensive experience in the use of formal planning systems.
k). PC Literacy with MS Project and other support applications.
l). An analytical detail oriented person, KPI, process driven and highly organized, possess strong leadership and good communication skill

4. SALES MANAGER
(Batam Island – Indonesia)
Education and Qualifications:
a). Degree in an Engineering / Technical discipline
b). At least 5 years of experience in a Production, Manufacturing, Offshore , or 3 years as Sales Manager.
c). Has a good knowledge for Mining equipments, dump truck and others heavy equipments that up to date.
d). High regards towards safety, strong in scheduling and planning activities.
e). Has the ability to manage all sales daily activity and workforce
f). Excellent communication, presentation and report writing skills
g). Proficient communication in English & Bahasa Indonesia fluency in verbal and writing is a mandatory
h). Willing to be permanently relocate to Batam Island- Indonesia and willing to do business travelling

c). High regards towards safety, strong in scheduling and planning operation activities
d). Has a capability in estimating and controling cost
e). Has the ability to manage all operations daily activity and large workforce
f). Excellent communication, presentation and report writing skills
g). Proficient communication in English & Bahasa Indonesia fluency in verbal and writing is a mandatory
h). Willing to be permanently relocate to Batam Island- Indonesia and willing to do business travelling

d). Has the ability to manage all operations daily activity and large workforce

7. MECHANIC SPECIALIST
(Batam Island – Indonesia)
Education and Qualifications:
a). Degree in Senior High School or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Technical discipline
b). At least 5 years of experience in assembly process, install and remove dumpbody, shimming process and etc, related with install andremove dumpbody.
c). Good knowledge in hidraulic system, cylinder system and assembly standard procedure.
d). Able to read and understand engineering drawing with standard symbol both national and international.
e). Has a good knowledge related with measurement tools with all metric standard both national and international.
f). Strong mechanic person with high motivation and hard worker.
g). Have a Certificate as a Mechanic for install and remove dumpbody will be and advantage.
h). Proficient communication in English & Indonesia fluency in verbal and writing is a mandatory
i). Willing to be permanently relocate to Batam Island- Indonesia and willing to do business travelling
j). Proficient with computer literacy, minimum MS Words, MS Excel and MS Power point.

Kualifikasi :
a). Min. Sekolah Menengah Umum (SMU) / Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK)
b). Memiliki kemampuan Leadership, berpengalaman memimpin kelompok kerja/team kerja, min. 10 org.
c). Berpengalaman dalam bidang Fabrikasi atau Oil and Gas Project min. 3 tahun.
d). Mengerti gambar teknik atau struktur, pengetahuan dasar pengelasan dan fitting structure.
e). Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interaksi yang baik.
f). Mampu berbahasa inggris adalah nilai lebih.
g). Memiliki kepribadian baik, pekerja keras, jujur dan kreatif.
