The biggest company of the group is a flour mill that is looking for a very make-happen, take-charge, critical in thinking, problem-solving, priority-setting, timely implementor, effective communicator, team-building collaborator, and innovative manager, strategist, and leader of INDONESIAN (only) citizenship. As CEO, the successful candidate will be in charge of running the company in its entirety, which includes the production and selling of its flour products. The CFO, COO, and CCO (Chief Commercial Officer) are directors reporting to the CEO.
Although the position is based in Jakarta, the factory is based in Central Java. Willingness to frequently travel is essential. Commercial experience in the food business is a big plus. Only candidates with a minimum of ten years experience in top management/director positions will be considered.

The successful CCO (Chief Commercial Officer) candidate will be in charge of running the company sales, marketing, and export departments involving the selling of its flour products and byproducts. The CCO is a director position reporting to the CEO. The successful candidate will be familiar with the task of marketing and selling to various channels, including to direct industrial users (food manufacturing companies), wholesalers, retailers, private labels, ecommerce, SME, and cooperatives.
