Swiss-Belhotel International is currently looking for REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING – BALI to join its team.
The ideal candidates should possess the followings:
• Minimum of 5-year experience in hotel Sales & Marketing (managerial level or higher)
• Extensive knowledge in Sales & Marketing area
• Strong relationship with Bali key accounts and understand the account management
• New account and business development skills
• Good knowledge on marketing analysis and strategy, including e-commerce
• Understanding of branding positioning strategy and Corporate Identity
• Good leadership and management skills
• High level of confidence and drive to succeed
• Highly motivated and willing to go the extra mile
• Achievement of targets oriented
• Excellent personal organization and time management skills
• Highly innovative, results focused and persistent
