PT. AMEC Berca Indonesia (ABI) is a multi-national company providing engineering & asset support services to the Indonesian oil and gas industry.
 
Amec Berca Indonesia will have to running Maintenance Procedure for Mobil Cepu Ltd Banyu Urip, for EPC 1 – Central Processing Facility and 4 – FSO – Floating Storage and Offloading Vessel. Now, the company is seeking high qualified candidates to strengthen our Operation and Maintenance Team.
 
1.     Control/Instrument Maintenance Engineer
 
·         Purpose / Role
 
  • To provide Control / Instrument Engineering  input into the MCL RCM and Spares Parts Optimisation Project, in particular the creation of the Maintenance Management System Asset Register, Maintenance Registers and Maintenance Procedures for the MCL facilities and to provide technical support in the development of Maintenance Task lists and the application of specific and generic maintenance strategies..
 
·         Key aims and objectives
·           Retrieve and collate from various sources, equipment data documentation including drawings, specifications, data sheets and vendor manuals.
·           Review of equipment Asset Register from MCL CMMS .
·           Assist in Equipment Strategy processes, including specific RCM processes
·           Development of Maintenance Tasks and Maintenance Plans
        
 
·         Prime responsibilities and duties
·           Duties include identifying system boundaries on project documentation, marking them up and assigning Functional location hierarchy
·           Analysis of MCL  facilities equipment and systems
·           Equipment data retrieval and recording in the various registers (MIMS computer system if used).
·           Analysis of Control and Instrument equipment technical data.
·           Analysis of maintenance routine work content and development of Control and Instrument Work Order documentation.
·           Performance of Work order and task list scheduling and alignment.
·           Provision of instruction to maintenance analyst and technical assistants and other team members as required.
·           Suitability of data and procedural quality checks.
·           Review equipment data sources, and with others, devise optimum means of achieving transfer to the CMMS database.
·           Progress and reporting of allocated tasks for input to weekly report.
 
·         Allied occasional duties
·           Retrieval and collation of technical data from clients information system.
·           Assist other Engineers in the development of the Maintenance Management and Integrity Systems.
·           Assist in the creation of maintenance bills of materials (BOMs).
·           Creation of plant asset registers.
·           Use of Clients Information Systems
·           Occasional trips to worksites as required
 
·         Key internal interfaces
·           Maintenance Engineers and Program Management  Personnel
·           Operations, Maintenance Support Team in other AMEC global offices
 
 
·         Key external interfaces

·      MCL Maintenance Optimisation Team

·      SAP Team

·      EPC Contractors
 
·         Core competencies
 

·           Good standard of Technical education required.

·           Recognised Control and Instrument apprenticeship or equivalent Control and Instrument specialist University course.
·           Minimum of 5 years post apprenticeship offshore/petrochemical experience.
·           Minimum (Bachelor Degree) technical qualification or equivalent in Control and Instrument Engineering.
·           Vast Experience in all types of distributed Control Systems
·           Excellent communication skills.
·           Good/flexible attitude and self motivated.
·           Must be fluent in written and spoken English
 
 
2.     Electrical Maintenance Engineer
 
·         Purpose / Role
 
  • To provide Electrical Engineering input into the MCL RCM and Spares Parts Optimisation Project, in particular the creation of the Maintenance Management System Asset Register, Maintenance Registers and Maintenance Procedures for the MCL facilities and to provide technical support in the development of Maintenance Task lists and the application of specific and generic maintenance strategies.

·         Vast Experience in all types of Electrical HV and LV Equipment
·         Experience in Hazardous Equipment.
·         Excellent communication skills.
·         Good/flexible attitude and self motivated.
