Head of Geoscience / Exploration Secretary :
General Function : This position is to provide a secretarial support to the Head of Geoscience of an Oil and Gas Company. This Department is to provide high level expertise in the company's Exploration, Field Development, Production Enhancement and New Venture projects to Operating and Non-Operating Business Unit.
1. Graduated from S1 Secretary school, preferable Tarakanita.
2. 3 – 7 years experience in executive secretarial work with minimum 3 years in oil and gas industry.
3. Familiar with government relation in oil and gas environment such as SKKMIGAS and MIGAS.
4. Good in english writing and speaking.
5. Familiar with international business relation.
6. Familiar with technical petroleum geoscience and engineering meeting recording.
7. Good teamwork and pleasant personality.
