API 653 - Storage tank inspector
This course content includes:
· Using API 650 & API 653
· Performing Tank Calculation
· Reviewing WPS’ & WPQ’s per ASME Sect IX
· Using other miscellaneous Tank Codes
API 510 - Pressure Vessel Inspector
The course is an intensive short course with a
special emphasis on the use of the related codes and
calculations.
This course content includes:
· Using B31.3
· API 570
· Piping Calculations
· B16.5 & other
· Section IX Welding

- Experience in Mechanic with Strain Gage
- Metallographic equipments : Cut-off machine, mounting press, rotary grinder and universal polesher machine.
- Wire/Rod Drawing Machine
- Pressure Cell and Load Cell.
- Mechanical Basic Phenomena laboratory Equip.
- Refrigeration System (freezer, cool strorage & AC).
- Data aquisition for laboratory equipments.
Practical experience in Design and Manufacturing of Industrial Machines :
- Hydraulic Press Machine for Assembling Hub & Bolt of Automotive Component (include electrical control with PLC and pressing jig & tool)
- Hydraulic Press Machine for Assembling Hub & Knucle of Automotive Component (include electrical control with PLC and pressing jig & tool)
- Auto-Pad IC Marking Machine – (rotary sistem and electro pneumatic control).
- Auto-Pad IC Marking Machine – (conveyor sistem and electro pneumatic control).
- Engine Analyzer for Locomotive (include data acquisition software).
- Manual Cutting & Bending machine
- NC Countour & Profilling pipe cutting machine.
- CNC mutti-Head Drilling machine
