·       1 or more years in similar position in 4 star hotel or resort

·       Able to adapt to local cultures

·       A self starter, outgoing, highly motivated, quality driven and initiative

·       Posses and display a high degree of customer service focus

·       Posses good leadership skills and team spirit

·       Posses strong organizational skill and has ability to work under pressure
