- Secretary (FULL TIME, contract 1 year), probation 3 months****

*Job Scope*****


- Providing secretarial support and ensure the smooth operate of day to
day office/ project activities.
- Travel arrangements and diary management
- Taking care personal arrangement (family, doctor, etc)
- Processing and reconciling expenses and timesheets
- Document control and maintaining filing system
- Assist to produce of documents including PowerPoint presentations and
document submission.
