Our Client, A Leading Coal Mining Company, urgently requires the following position:

 

Quantity Surveyor

Job Descriptions :  Responsible for a control construction costs for assigned projects by accurate measurement of the work required, planning and administrating sub-contractor and material costs, accumulating and compiling accurate quantity data and preparing report. This position is involved in cost planning, value management, feasibility studies, lifecycle costing, valuation, change control and cost estimation, and prepare tender and contract documents. May advice on procurement strategy; identify trends and deviations to ensure that good value is obtained for the money to be expended.

Requirements & Qualification: 

·         Male, Maximal 45 Years 

·         Education at least: Diploma,S-1 Bachelor Degree ( Civil Engineering ) or Equivalent

·         Minimum Have 3 year(s) experiences a Similar Position :

·         Computer Literacy : Microsoft Office (Internet, AutoCAD, Global Mapper, Etc)

·         Fluent In English : Speaking, writing

·         Must be Willing to Work at Kalimantan Selatan

 

Skills & Experiences : 

§         Understanding and practical use of appropriate professional practice and procedure including:

ü      Estimating and Pre-Contract Cost Control

ü      Pre-Contract Documentation

ü      Tendering and Post-Contract Procedures

ü      Understanding of specialist matters as appropriate to Projects
