Sr. Staff Accounting
Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Selatan

Requirements:

• Female, max 27 years old.
• Candidate must possess Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy from reputable university with min. GPA 2,75 (scale 4).
• At least 4 years of working experience as a Accounting Staff in well known Construction or Property Company.
• Good knowledge in taxation (PPn & PPh) is a must.
• Proficient in making monthly financial reports.
• High integrity, concern in accuracy, attentions to detail, responsible and disciplined.
• Computer literate (Ms. Office)
• Fluent in English both oral and written.

 

 

Construction Manager
Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Selatan

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for running the whole activity of construction site.
• Prepared RAB project and responsible for Budget/Cost Control.
• Responsible for Quality Control (supervise SubCont).
• Monitoring project progress and ensure project is completed on schedule.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA 2,75 (scale 4).
• At least have 10 years of working experience and 3 years as a Construction Manager in Property or Construction company.
• Preferably have working experience in Residential Buildings.
• Computer literate and advanced in using SAP / ETABS / Ms. Project / Architectural application.
• High integrity, strong leadership, good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Must be good at planning, schedulling, coordination and problem solving.
• Fluent in English
