Compensation & Benefit Manager [CBM]
Technical Requirement:
- 15 years experience in Human Resources Management with in-depth exposure in Compensation and Benefit
- Highly competent and field tested in all aspects of Compensation and Benefit and Performance Management
§ Experienced in developing and transforming C&B systems and programs in support of performance objectives and employee retention
§ Demonstrated ability to write or develop, implement and enforce Compensation and Benefit policy and programs
- Experience in developing structured Job Analysis and Job Evaluation
- Firsthand experience and implementing salary restructuring
General Requirement
- Bachelor's degree (S-1) from a reputable school with relevant field or discipline.
- High degree of interpersonal and communication skill is necessary to interact effectively with senior managers and users in line departments.
- English proficiency equivalent to 550 TOEFL score.
- Enjoy working in an environment with diverse cultural background.
