- Male / Female
- Min. Bachelor degree in Psychology with GPA min. 3.00 (of 4.00 scale)
- Preferably having min. 2 years experience in consulting firm (assessment centre)
- Experienced as assesor and in developing assessment center, competency
design and talent management practises will be advantage.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) - Preferably having Competency Based Interview and Assessor Training
