General qualifications:
* Hold Bachelor Degree (S1) in Management Information Systems, Information Technology , Computer Science or Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.0 (out of 4.0) from a reputable university
* Good communication skills, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
* Good interpersonal skills, strong attention to service quality with customer oriented attitude
1. IT Staff (GTS - ITS)
What you'd do?
You will be responsible to handle day to day IT support operations role. Whereby you will oversee more than 1500 client's computers of PwC Indonesia. In this role, you'll have a chance to interact with various and diversify users in PwC and provide the best solution for them.
Specific qualifications:
* Understand computer hardware, software, networking and peripherals
* Experience with Microsoft operating systems and Office products.
* Have good analytical and troubleshooting skill in solving computer and IT related problems.
* Possess strong passion in doing research and evaluation of potential tools and utilities.
* Understand and experience in IT support ticket and knowledge articles will be an added advantage.
* Experience with audio, presentation device and video conferencing is an added advantage.
2. Programmer (GTS – Programmer)
What you'd do?
You will be responsible to develop internal application systems. This will include modification of the existing systems or developing an entirely new system from scratch. You will be challenged to provide improvement of business process impact to users.
Specific qualifications:
* Possess good analytical and logical skills in understanding user requirements and application design concept.
* Familiar with .NET Framework, web based programming (e.g: ASP.net) and SQL query language.
3. Database Developer Staff (GTS - DBA)
What you'd do?
You will be responsible to develop and maintains internal databases. This will include modification of the existing database or developing an entirely new database from scratch based on the logical design. You will be challenged to provide data optimization and high level management user reporting.
Specific qualifications:
* Possess good analytical and logical skills in understanding user requirements and database design concept
* Familiar with SQL query language, database documentation, and database maintenance process
* Experience with Microsoft SQL Server is an advantage.
Recruitment Staff (REC)
What you'd do?
To conduct and execute end-to-end recruitment process (including candidate sourcing, initial interview, assessment processes, background check, offer letter) according to the service level agreement.
Detailed job responsibility are including, but not limited to:
* Sourcing and screening for candidates
* Preliminary interview
* Monitor applicants process according to SLA
* Reference check background
* Consolidating all necessary information including interlocking with user(s) for clarification if necessary
* Be involved in recruitment projects
Qualifications:
* At least a Bachelor's Degree from reputable university. Majoring in Psychology is preferred.
* Min. 2 year(s) of working experience in recruitment, either in headhunting or in-house.
* Good communication and interpersonal skill.
* Good team player.
* Proactive personality with strong customer service-orientation.
* Ability to work in teams or independently with minimum supervision.
* Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
* Well organized and have attention to details
