EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
 
Requirements :
  1. Female min. 25 years old, D-3 degree with min. 3 years secretary experiences of High End Property
  2. Excellent written and oral English, communication and presentation skills
  3. Good personality and analytical skills
  4. Good command in English both oral and written
  5. Good computer skill (Microsoft Programs ect).
  6. Pleaseant personality with strong organization and interpersonal skills
  7. Willing to work under pressur 
  8. Preferable domicile in Bali
 
Job Scope :
 
1.      Corporate Assistance (Reporting, Filling, and Administration)
2.      Corporate Relationship (Public Relation with Vendor, customer, etc)
3.      Director Personal Assistance
4.      Arrange Management Meeting
5.      Prepare presentation for BOD Meeting
6.      And any secretarial duties
