Maintenance Supervisor

Peran & Tanggung Jawab :

• Menyusun dan memonitor pelaksanaan jadwal perawatan mesin & utility, menyesuaikannya dengan jadwal produksi, serta membuat record & mengevaluasinya untuk rencana tindakan perbaikan.
  
• Melakukan tindakan pencegahan kerusakan mesin & utility, serta melakukan tindakan darurat pada mesin & utility bermasalah hingga mesin bisa berjalan pada rencana off produksi.
  
• Memimpin team dalam saat tindakan overhaul mesin & utility, trouble shooting dan perawatan mesin & utility untuk menghindari kesalahan pengerjaan yang dapat menimbulkan lost time & cost yang lebih besar.
  
• Memonitor jalannya kegiatan Maintenance untuk menjaga cost efficiency contohnya pemakaian energi yg efisien, pemakaian spare part yg sesuai, response dan tindakan perbaikan yang lebih cepat.
  
• Monitoring check sheet mesin & utility serta mem-follow up untuk tindakan lebih lanjut.
  
• Mengatur dan memonitor pekerjaan bawahannya dalam 3 shift.
  
• Melakukan koordinasi dengan Production, Laboratory, QC, PPIC, Gudang, GA untuk tindakan perbaikan atau perawatan yang diperlukan.
  
• Menyiapkan laporan harian dan bulanan Maintenance Department untuk di laporkan ke Maintenance Manager.
  
• Melaksanakan tugas lain yang diberikan oleh atasan.

Kualifikasi   :

 

        Usia                             : 28 - 31 tahun

      Jenis Kelamin               : Laki - Laki

      Pendidikan                   : D3 – S1 diutamakan Teknik Elektro atau Teknik Mesin

      Pengalaman                 : 5 - 6 tahun di bagian Plant Maintenance dan min. 2 tahun di posisi Supervisor

      Background Industry     : Process/Polymer Manufacturing Industries

      Lain-lain                       :

Ø  Leadership yg baik & tegas

Ø  Dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik

Ø  Dapat bekerja secara team

Ø  Bersedia bekerja di hari libur Nasional atau Minggu sesuai dengan keperluan

Ø  Tempat tinggal disekitar Tangerang dan Jakarta Barat.
