A leading company in the hospitality Industry (Serviced Office)  currently seeking for high caliber candidates

to fill the following position in its expansion plan :

 

SALES &  MARKETING

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to support Centre/Assistant Manager in daily marketing activities when needed.
• Responsible to develop marketing strategies, monitor marketing trend and to obtain sales target.
• To maintain network with prospects/clients and establish good rapport with clients.
• To develop new and potential business opportunity.

Requirements:

• Female/Male  with a Strong sales, high energy, good attitude and to have customer relations skills. 
• Minimum education Bachelor degree/S1, preferably overseas graduate
• Minimum 3 years working experience in the Service Industry,
• Able to write English business letter and Excellent English spoken
• Computer Literates in Microsoft word and Excel and good in presentation skill
• Must be target oriented and have strong negotiation skill/able to close deal.
• Self motivated, Self drive , proactive, initiative and pleasant personality.
• Demonstrated the ability of meeting sales target as set by company
• Willing to work under pressure with tight deadlines, work with high speed & high accuracy level.
