A general trading company, mainly for oil and gas industry located in Balikpapan is currently looking for:
Accountant – base: Balikpapan
Qualifications:
· Female/Male, age max 30 years old
· S1 or Diploma (Accounting)
· At least 2 years' experience in accounting/finance and tax regulation
· Good reconciliation skill
· Proficient with PC, including MS Windows, Excel, Word, etc.
· General Ledger, Accounts Payable & Inventory Management software knowledge
· Able to speak English (minimal passive)
· Ability to organize workload for effective implementation
· Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibility under general and little supervision
· Detailed and accurate
Responsibilities:
· Takes care of all payments, and accounts payable issues
· Performs reconciliation of prepayment each month
· Attends to suppliers, inter-company and staff payments
· Performs administrative works
· Reports to Director
· Other duties as assigned
