Responsibilities:
- Timelines for material to ensure on time production and delivery
- Costing and price negotiation with customer
- Managing staff to perform, including staff development.
- Profitability analysis per buyer
- Provide Trend Forecasting & strategic development.
Requirements:
- S1 Degree from reputable university.
- Minimum 10 years working experience in Garment/Apparel Industry with at least 3 years in managerial position
- Experience to deal with US/Europe customers
- Through knowledge of outerwear, casual bottoms, and jacket products
- Good understanding of testing standards, pattern and markers, YY, and other related technical skills
- Excellent communication and decision making skills
- Leadership skills, able to develop and motivate subordinates
- Able to work under pressure and adverse conditions
- English, spoken & written
- Computer literacy
- Business acumen
