Job Description:
- Do recruitment and placement to fulfill Man Power Planning in store
- Provide training, facilitating, ensuring training run well, and evaluate training to all store employees
- Business partnership (promotion, demotion, mutation, performance appraisal, etc)
- Management services (employee absence, payroll, Jamsostek, employee&industrial relation, etc)
- Make sure all employees obey and implement the company regulations
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (from retail company will be more advantage).
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in General HR or Employee/Labor Relation.
- Willing to be placed at Mall Grand Paragon (Jl. Gajah Mada, Jakarta), Mall Living World (Serpong), or Mall Artha Gading (North Jakarta).
