1. Quality Manager
2. Maintenance Manager
3. Maintenance Supervisor
4. Sample Maker Supervisor
5. Maintenance Staff
6. Project Administration
REQUIREMENTS:
Male/female, age 30 40 years old (1), Male, 30 40 years old (2), Male/Female 25 35 years old (3,4,5, 6)
Able to communicate in English both written and verbal (1 and 2 is a must)
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Industrial Engineering (1 & 2)
Minimum 4 years experience in the same position, preferably having experience in Furniture Manufacturer (1, 2,3 and 4) and fresh graduate are welcomed for no. 5 & 6
Strong in analytical thinking, problem solving and proven team player
Good interpersonal, communication, managerial skill and mature
Good ability in set-up quality standards and procedures
Develop and maintain system to measure performance against standards (1)
Able to supervise and train quality supervisors/inspectors to work toward these standards (1, 2.3 and 4)
Work towards continuous quality improvement with clear goals and objective in place
Work with and guide production supervisors to improve product quality
Ensure high product quality and consistency is established and maintain at all times
Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs which emphasize continuous quality improvement (1)
Have knowledge and experience in furniture machineries, mechanical & electrical (2 and 3)
Work closely with the other department team to implement the company and factory policies and goals
Good organization skill, accept responsibility, and ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
