Location: Saudi Arabia
Job Description:
· Responsible for demarcation of Service Quality issue of mobile network
· Having the ability to analyze network issues by Network Topology & Event logs through Groundhog Covmo tool.
· Identifies network performance issues (Network KPIs/ VIP Users/ Roamer). and provides recommendations for improvement.
· Participate in WCDMA RAN trouble shooting by Call Trace to find route cause and preparing solutions
· Responsible for communication Service Quality issue with customer.
· Provide training to service partners.
Professional Related Working Experience
· At least 8 years carrier network operation (at least tier 2) experience in Telecomm Enterprise, i.e. Ericsson, NSN, HUAWEI, etc
· Understand the network structure of CS , i.e. GSM,WCDMA, UMTS
· Very good knowledge of GSM, WCDMA, UMTS
· Abundant experience on following product WCDMA Huawei//NSN//Ericsson RNC experience would be an advantage.
· Strong troubleshooting competence and Maintenance skills for WCDMA RAN Network
· Rich experience of Optimization RAN.
Qualification Requirements:
· Education: 4 year university degree in Telecom or Computer Science
· Language Skills: English, Arabic(Optional)
· Good working attitude, good cooperation attitude, good analytical skills and can working under huge pressure

· Preferably local candidates with Transferable Iqama but we will accept application form overseas
· Candidate must be immediately available
