Job Description:
- Providing excellent customer services to all LivingSocial customers and merchants
- Answering all inbound calls and making outbound
- Responding promptly to Help Desk Inbox emails in a timely fashion and to provide accurate solutions for LivingSocial
- Responding promptly to social media
- Taking ownership, handling and resolving customer
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, comments and
- Communicating and coordinating with internal
- Communicating ideas and helping find solutions for departmental
- Managing administration duties
Job Requirements:
- Availability to work before and after business hours including
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
- Proven experience working in a time sensitive high tempo
- Excellent follow through, attention to detail and organisational
- Strong listening
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
