Job Description:

 

  • Providing excellent customer services to all LivingSocial customers and merchants
  • Answering all inbound calls and making outbound 
  • Responding promptly to Help Desk Inbox emails in a timely fashion and to provide accurate solutions for LivingSocial 
  • Responding promptly to social media 
  • Taking ownership, handling and resolving customer 
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, comments and 
  • Communicating and coordinating  with internal 
  • Communicating ideas and helping find solutions for departmental 
  • Managing administration duties

Job Requirements:

 

  • Availability to work before and after business hours including
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal 
  • Proven experience working in a time sensitive high tempo 
  • Excellent follow through, attention to detail and organisational 
  • Strong listening 
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
