Advisory is looking for a dedicated young professional to serve as a Legal Officer
(LO).
We are looking for people who
have a passion in consistently creating work of the highest quality. We want
individuals who have a desire to continue growing and are willing to put in the

dedication is not everything. We are looking for individuals who have a professional
mindset and attitude with good interpersonal skills; individuals who are able
to interact well with their peers, their leaders, government officials and
especially their clients.
General
Requirements:
· Male or female, 25-30 years old
* Good command of spoken and written English
· Graduated from a reputable university
with a minimum GPA of 3.00; Bachelor or Master Degree in Law
· Minimum 3 years experience as LO in a reputable
company
· Ability to work under pressure and
tight deadlines
Specific
Qualifications:
· Experience/competency in advance
administration, legal documents, legal contracts/agreements and negotiations
(Incorporations and Set-Up; Immigration Matters; Expert Advisory on
Shareholders Agreement, JVs, Employment Contracts, ESOs)
· Minimum 2-3 years experience as LO in
a law firm
· Expert in Indonesian corporate law and
go-public rules and issues
· Competency in Corporate Legal
Consultancy Services and Corporate Licensing
· Competency in Striking-off/Liquidation
of Companies and De-Registration
· Very good in analyzing, arranging and
organizing
