SOLUSI RUMAH MANAGER

 

 

Qualification :

 

• Male/female 30 – 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree (S1) Architecture / civil engineering
• Experience min. 3 years in project management or home projects
• Spirited entrepreneur, like a challenge, good team work, hard worker and high motivation
• Familiar operate Ms. Office and AutoCad
• Understand building budget plan
• Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

Job Descriptions :

 

• Manage all the resources of the business so that the Home Solutions Managing all of the resources that home solutions business sales, production and financial management processes can be improved and made ​​more progress Home Solutions business.
• Conducting marketing activities
• Coordination with business partners
• Make periodic reports
• Doing the job effectively, efficiently in achieving targets and standards
