Due to the fast expansion and rapid growth pace of our company, we have the immediate requirement to seeking for qualified, self motivated, result-oriented and industrious-type candidates to join our dynamic and development teams on the following open-positions:
HR SENIOR (Recruitment Leader)
Qualification :
• Male or Female, 25 – 35 years old, min S1 from Psychology discipline.
• At least 5 years experiences as HR supervisor background/ or as HR Generalist
• Good experience in recruitment, industrial relations, good knowledge of Indonesia labor law, skill of training and people development
• Excellent communication and negotiation skill a good team player
• Preferably had experience in oil and gas industry
Jobs Description :
• Able to create HR Systems and Procedures
• Able to analyze and provide improvement on the company's HR management system.
• Familiar with labor regulations, especially on systems outsourcing
